• Information Security: Declaration of compliance with required minimum standards - Confirmation if organisation holds ISO/IEC 27001 or similar industry standard e.g SOC 2 for information security management. Such certificate(s) must also be provided for SEFE's reference.

• Proof of financial and economic standing - 1) Declaration of the economic operator's average fee income for the last three financial years (in gross EUR) (Note

  • •The average annual minimum fee income in the area of IT Professional Services is set at EUR2.0 million gross.)

  • •Services for an application development/system integration project, with total project costs of at least EUR 200,000 net, completed in the period from 01.01.2020 until the expiry of the application deadline according to the contract notice.

  • •Services for an Application Maintenance & Support service, with total service costs of at least EUR 100,000 net per year, provided within the period from 01.01.2020 until the expiry of the application deadline according to the contract notice.

  • •Services for Quality Assurance, with total fees of at least EUR 50,000 in the period from 01.01.2020 until the expiry of the application deadline according to the contract notice
  • •The applicant may use the same customer reference, for multiple references below, where it has provided different IT professional service types for the same customer.

• Auswahlkriterien - The contracting authority will formally and substantively review and evaluate the requests to participate received within the deadline based on the evidence and declarations specified in the contract notice. The selection will be carried out among the formally admissible requests to participate using an evaluation matrix (EM). Between 0 and 3 points may be awarded for each selection criterion. The score for each criterion will be weighted in accordance with the defined weighting. The ranking will be determined based on the total score achieved out of a maximum of 300 points. Up to three applicants with the highest scores will be invited to submit a tender. If several applicants equally meet the requirements within the specified maximum number and the number of applicants is too high, a draw will be used to decide among them.   • •Application Development / System Integration (AD/ SI): AD/SI services for an application development/system integration project, with total project costs of at least EUR 200,000 net, completed in the period from 01.01.2020 until the expiry of the application deadline according to the contract notice.

  • •Minimum reference B: Application Maintenance & Support (AM)
  • •Application Maintenance & Support (AM): AM Services for an Application Maintenance & Support service, with total service costs of at least EUR 100,000 net per year, provided within the period from 01.01.2020 until the expiry of the application deadline according to the contract notice.

  • •Minimum reference C: Quality Assurance (QA)
  • •Quality Assurance (QA): QA services, where the total fees for a QA engagement, exceed at least EUR 50,000 net, and such engagement is completed in the period from 01.01.2020 until the expiry of the application deadline according to the contract notice.
