Eignungskriterien

• • •Economic and financial capacity - Bidders or bidding consortia that have not generated net annual turnover of more than EUR200.000 in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (delivery of laboratory equipment) in the years 2023, 2024 and 2025, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
  • •In case of doubt, GIZ reserves the right to demand corresponding substantiation, e.g. certified financial statements.

• Reference projects - In the last three years prior to this bid (2023, 2024 and 2025), the bidder or bidding consortia has gained experience in delivery of laboratory equipment and can substantiate this with at least two reference projects. Bidders or bidding consortia which don't fulfil these requirements, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

• • •Certificate - The bidder or bidding consortia shall provide evidence of a quality management system by submitting a valid certificate in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent.
  • •Equivalent evidence shall be accepted. In such cases, the bidder or bidding consortia bears the burden of proof and shall demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the contracting authority(GIZ), that the submitted evidence attests to a quality management system equivalent in substance to the requirements of the aforementioned standards.
  • •Bidders or bidding corsotia that don't fulfil this requirement, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
