NRK 2026/37 Contract for travel agency services for NRK-Qualification Application [Stage 1]

Eignungskriterien

• Tax certificate (point 4.1 in Competition instructions): Norwegian tenderers shall have their tax, employer contributions and VAT payments in order.

• The tenderer ́s registration, authorisation etc. (point 4.2 in competition instructions): Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

• The tenderer ́s economic and financial capacity (point 4.3 in the Competition Instructions): The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

• The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications (point 4.4 in the Competition Instructions)

  • •Document competence and professional capacity:
  • •● Well-established and complete travel agency concept both within classical travel agency services and self-booking as well as a separate department for group journeys, where Norwegian/Nordic is the communication language. 40% weight in the qualification.
  • •● Strategies for "following" developments in their disciplines.
  • •● System for safety and tracing where the travellers are located, both in the event of accidents/terror and in the event of unwanted situations due to weather or health conditions.
  • •● Tool for quality assurance and information security.
  • •● 24 hour staffed security telephone.
  • •● Competent and effective Key - Account organisation that can assist a customer of NRK ́s size and complexity.
  • •● Tenderers shall have a portfolio of their own travel related contracts that can be used by the tenderer's customers.
  • •● Description of recruitment and training.

• Delivery ability, capacity and self-booking degree (point 4.5 in Competition Instructions)

  • •Tenderers shall have the capacity to serve NRK in a satisfactory manner throughout the contract period.
  • •We expect that the tenderer has a high share of self-ordering/online at its customers. 30% weight in the qualification.

• Relevant deliveries and references (point 4.6 in the Competition Instructions)

  Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. 30% weight in the qualification.
