• Climate and environment

  • •Tenderers shall provide a description of the advantages for climate and the environment that follow by selecting them.
  • •Hereunder:
  • •• Emissions from transport. State the vehicle type, Euro class, fuel type and any emission reducing measures.
  • •• Transport distance and logistics system. Distance to reception, route system, co-ordination and efficient logistics.
  • •• Treatment system and resource utilisation. Description of reception, form of treatment, energy utilisation/material utilisation and documented environmental effect.

• Quality/delivery

  • •Tenderers shall provide a description of the following points:
  • •• Delivery security and response time. Ability to collect within deadline, capacity and routines for follow-up.
  • •• Logistics and container system. Describe the containers, exchange routines, capacity and practical implementation
  • •• Reporting, traceability and handling deviations. Routines for documentation, monthly reports, declarations and deviations.
