Selected information is provided below. Further insight can be found in the Tender Document provided. Timeframe: Late August – October 2026. Filming is expected to take approximately 2–3 days per producer, depending on weather conditions and production requirements. Estimated delivery dates: • First 2 farms/producers: 1st October • All 4 farms/producers: 1st November The potential producers to be visited by the production agency are: • 1 aquaculture farm + fish processing in Donegal, Ireland • 3 producers (farm/ processing facilities) in Germany/ Austria – probably dairy/ cheese, wine, chocolate in locations in central and southern Germany Final producer selection and filming schedule will be confirmed by Naturland. Deliverables per producer Technical format: Photo: JPG + RAW Video: Resolution: Minimum Full HD (4K 3840x2160 preferred) Record setting: 10-bit 4:2:2 Frame rate: 25p (A-roll), 50p (B-roll) Picture Profile: S-cinetone Audio Recording Format: Linear PCM, 24bit, 48 kHz Photography • Minimum 60 professionally edited photos per producer. • 30 portrait and 30 landscape formats • At least 10 photos should include human elements (farmers, workers, representatives) • Drone footage where possible Video Footage per producer • Minimum 80 mini shots of Broll minimum duration of 10 secs • 2 videos in landscape mode - Aroll interview type of producer answering questions (30-40s max per questions) • Cinematic documentary style • Professional lightning equipment needed in factory shooting • Mix of landscape (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats • Minimum Full HD (4K preferred) • Raw footage without color grading • Good audio from people speaking and ambient sounds such as water, birds, livestock, and farm activity. • Producer representatives answering selected questions from Vietnamese consumers • Additional interviews on production methods, sustainability, and certification – 1-3 interviews/producer • English transcription of all interviews (subtitle file not required) • Field Notes, incl.
