You will be required to respond to each qualification criteria listed below after you are invited to the Ariba event. +++ Requirements that the participants must fulfill regarding their qualifications

  • •a) There are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to Sections 123, 124 GWB
  • •b) Compliance with the statutory minimum wage or the collectively agreed remuneration regulations
  • •c) Signature of the declaration of commitment "Sanctions against Russia" and compliance with its content
