  • •What is the environmental/damage cost in NOK and per extra km for a fully loaded vehicle with a trailer - total weight approx. 50-55 tons.

  • •Heavy goods vehicles, NOK per km. for different damage costs, 24 hours a day as a whole.
  • •Here an addition of NOK 1.57 per km for diesel vehicles and HVO100. NOK 0.82 per km for 0 emission vehicles. The stated figures are from 2019 and will be index regulated in accordance with SSB/KPI main index for December 2025
  • •40 trips from the reception location to the final treatment location are calculated annually. Return transport is not included in the calculation, for example, further down in KG on calculations and evaluating the tenders ́ annual total cost.

• Environmental considerations

  • •The criteria environmental consideration is calculated according to the following model and includes transport from the reception location to the final treatment location:
  • •Fuel (energy):
  • •A. Transport services and fuel poorer than Euro 6: Tenders will not be assessed.
  • •B. Transport services and fuel use to Euro 6 (blank diesel) during the entire agreement period. Tender offers will be awarded 6 points.
  • •c. Transport services and use of HVO100 for the entire contract period. Tender offers will be given 8 points.
  • •d. Transport services and use of 0 emissions (electricity, hydrogen or biogas) during the entire contract period. Tender offers will be given ten points.
