Eignungskriterien

• Organisational and legal position Requirement

  • •Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
  • •Documentation: Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

• Economic and financial capacity Requirement

  • •Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
  • •The size of the turnover, one in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
  • •Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
  • •Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.

• Technical and professional qualifications Requirement

  • •Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
  • •Documentation: Tenderers shall provide a brief description of up to 3 reference assignments with a transferable value carried out in the last 3 years.
  • •The following shall be provided for each of the reference projects:
  • •• Description of the assignment/contract.
  • •• Description of the installation and its size.
  • •• The assignment/contract value.
  • •• Date of execution.
  • •• Name of the contracting authority.
  • •• In what way the reference project has a transferable value for the assignment.

• Technical and professional qualifications Requirement

  • •Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity) to fulfil the contract.
  • •Documentation: An overview shall be provided of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production.
  • •An overview shall be provided of suitable equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfiling the contract.
