• Tenderers are required to have good solidity so that they have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. The following will be subject to assessment: The tenderer's solidity, liquidity and financial ability to fulfil the contract and to carry any loss on the relevant and other contracts. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further information that is deemed necessary to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position.

• Central certification for plumbing work in enterprise classification 2 or better. If a company does not have central certification, tenderers must enclose documentation that the company is qualified to achieve certification for the right to be responsible within the mentioned certification areas and enterprise classifications.
