Certificate issued by the competent authority in the Member State, confirming that the supplier has fulfilled its obligations regarding payment of value added tax, taxes and social security contributions in the country where the supplier/contractor is domiciled (Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is combined and ordered from altinn.no [http://altinn.no], RF-1507, formerly RF-1244) in accordance with the legal provisions of the country. The certificate must not be older than 6 months."

  • •Documentation requirements: The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the financial standing through the company and accounting information system Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no [http://www.forvalt.no]). The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information regarding the tenderer's financial standing.
  • •Any need for support from other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement: If the supplier is dependent on other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement, please explain below. In such cases, the contracting authority will also carry out an assessment of the financial standing of the supporting entity in the same manner. The contracting authority reserves the right in such cases to obtain supplementary information, commitment declarations, bank guarantees or similar."
