Zuschlagskriterien

• The offered price (separate price form): Tenderers must state a price for the assignment by filling in unit prices in the Template for Tender Attachment 4. All prices shall be stated excluding VAT in NOK. The sum will make up the total price for the assignment. The total price will be the upper financial limit for the assignment.

• Competence/experience: CVs for the key persons offered in the assignment. This also applies for any sub-suppliers. The template for tender attachment 3 shall be used for submitting tenders.

• System proposal/assignment comprehension: Tenderers shall respond to the assignment in accordance with The contracting authority ́s description in annex 1 to the contract and describe its solution with milestones for implementation. The template for tender attachment 1 shall be used.

• Environment: Completed Template for tender attachment 5 on how environmental considerations are taken care of beyond the minimum requirements for emission free/public transport on roads.
