Eignungskriterien

• • •Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver zich niet in een toestand van uitsluiting te bevinden, zoals bedoeld in artikels 67 tot en met 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende overheidsopdrachten.
  • •Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. Voor de in artikel 67 van de wet bedoelde uitsluitingsgronden deelt de gegadigde of inschrijver op eigen initiatief mee of hij bij het begin van de procedure de in artikel 70, lid 1, bedoelde corrigerende maatregelen heeft genomen.

• The tenderer must have a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out the contract properly Minimumeisen

  • •The tenderer shall include with its tender an indication of the staff to be deployed to execute the contract (at least 2 persons). The tenderer shall indicate the diplomas held by these staff as well as their professional qualifications and experience. The personnel used must be approved by the manufacturer in order to correctly carry out the installation, maintenance and repairs.

• Quality certificate

  • •Iso 9001 or equivalent with a statement or evidence of equivalent quality control measures. Minimumeisen: The Candidate shall attach to its application for participation the necessary documents demonstrating that its company and its Subcontractors have :
  • •- Quality assurance/Quality control procedures (aspects of document management, quality monitoring and improvement, etc.), during fabrication phase (off site)
  • •- A safety strategy, during installation phase (on site)
  • •- An environmental policy, during installation phase (on site)
  • •This may be in the form of certificates (ISO, VCA, SSC, MASE, etc.) or equivalent certificates / accreditations that he holds.

• A list of the most important similar contracts performed over the last 5 years. Minimumeisen: Tenderer submits at least 1 reference of similar executed assignments during the last 5 years, with contact details (more references is an added value).

• NDA Minimumeisen: Copy of signed NDA-document

• Access to security areas Minimumeisen

  • •If the candidate has a company Security Clearance, he shall provide a copy as well as the contact information of the Security Officer.
  • •If the candidate does not have a Security Clearance, add a statement that the necessary steps will be taken to obtain a safety certificate for the employees by the time of the installation on-site.
