Zuschlagskriterien

• Technical Solution / System Performance: The extent to which the proposed system meets or exceeds the acoustic requirements (split-beam wideband transducer, frequency range, beamwidth), demonstrates proven capacity for autonomous subsea operation at 40 m depth for minimum 6 months, shows experience with comparable subsea acoustic monitoring deployments, and presents an effective antifouling strategy

• Overall Planning: The extent to which the planning is realistic, sub-phases (system design, factory acceptance testing, subsea frame integration, deployment) will be delivered on time, final delivery and in-situ deployment can take place by end-2026, and contingencies (weather windows, vessel availability, equipment lead times) are accounted for

• Deployment Operational Plan: The extent to which the Tenderer demonstrates a clear and safe methodology for subsea frame deployment and recovery (acoustic release or L-deployment), describes data management, remote monitoring, and servicing procedures in a SMART manner, addresses communication with the Contracting Authority, and identifies/mitigates risks (biofouling, battery degradation, data loss)

• Price: Score calculated based on the total offered price excl. VAT, using the formula: score = (lowest offered price / offered price of Tenderer) × 25
