Eignungskriterien

• Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

• Requirement

  • •The company must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
  • •The credit rating shall show that the company is credit worthy without security. Companies with a rating lower than this, i.e. rating lower than B "not credit worthy", "credit worthy with security" or "all credit advised" will be rejected from the competition. Documentation requirement: On their own initiative, the contracting authority will carry out a credit check of the company that is awarded the contract.
  • •The contracting authority will use a certified credit company, including Dun&amp
  • •Bradstreet, when a credit check is carried out by the company.

• Requirement

  • •The tenderer shall have good experience from equivalent assignments, i.e. assignments of the same nature and scope. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall document three relevant reference assignments that the tenderer either carries out or have carried out in the last five years.
  • •The reference assignments shall include information on:
  • ••Principal
  • •• The value of the framework agreement/contract
  • •• Time period for the delivery
  • •• Brief description of which products and services were provided.
  • •• Reference and gender neutral preferred.
  • •The contracting authority encourages tenderers to use the attached reference assignment to ensure that all the requested information is included in the tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references.

• Requirement

  • •Tenderers shall have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract ́s environmental provisions, cf. the contract's point 13 Environmental requirements.
  • •The tenderer shall have methods for working actively and systematically to reduce negative environmental impact in the execution of the contract. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's environmental management measures. If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies that document the environmental management system, they can be presented as documentation. Refer to the EU Scheme for Environmental Management and Environmental Audit (EMAS), other recognised environmental management systems in regulation (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, or equivalent, and other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies such as ISO 14001 or equivalent.
