Eignungskriterien

• Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documented by: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.

• • •Experience from comparable contracts
  • •Requirement: Experience from at least three comparable assignments in the last three years is required. Comparable assignments means the delivery of medical substitutes to the public or private sector. Documentation requirement: List of the three most important deliveries or services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipient with contact information.
• • •The tenderer's quality management system/quality assurance system.
  • •Requirement: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality management system/quality assurance system that is relevant for the content of the contract. Documented by: Description of the tenderer's quality management system/quality assurance system. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes, it will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
