• Registration

  • •Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or registered in a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

  • •* Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

• Economic and financial capacity

  • •Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •* A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
  • •* The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports.

• Technical and professional qualifications

  • •Tenderers shall have experience from at least 3 comparable assignments with good results attainment.
  • •The reference person at the recipient must be able to confirm that the delivery met the function, quality and shelf life requirements, as well as any deviations/claims being corrected.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Description of up to five of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The description must include a statement of:
  • •*Receiver
  • •* The assignment ́s value,
  • •* Date of execution
  • •* Reference person at the recipient who can confirm the result achievement (Name, telephone number and email address).
  • •* Description of the delivery
  • •* Description of the reference project ́s transferable value to this delivery.
  • •It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

• In this assignment, the contracting authority has chosen to set climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications instead of having climate and environmental considerations as the award criteria. In addition, the requirements are at a high level compared to what is rationally possible to achieve for this assignment, and the requirements deal with many of the most central conditions as where it is relevant to set requirements for climate and environmental considerations. It is considered that this will give a clearly better climate and environmental effect, cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 fourth section.
