Zuschlagskriterien

• Hourly rate: Price will be evaluated on hourly rate. Points for price will be calculated according to linear model. The reference price that determines how much one point is in dollars will be the median price.

• Competence of offered personnel

  • •The offered consultant ́s documented competence will be compared.
  • •Fulfilment of absolute requirements (AK) will be evaluated and count positively.
  • •Fulfilment of the award requirements will count positively.
  • •Documentation of competence that is relevant in relation to the customer ́s descriptions in 1.1 The contract ́s extent in SSA-B will also be given a positive weight.
  • •Differences in competence that are not significant for the contracting authority will not be given weight in the evaluation.
  • •Tenderers can only submit documents as stated in point 3.2 The tender ́s design above.
  • •A maximum of three reference projects shall be described.
  • •The CVs tab should not increase with more rows. Tenderers must choose the education, certification and work experience from the offered consultant ́s background that is most relevant for assistance.
  • •NB! Competence documented in another way than through the competence matrix will not count towards the evaluation in the competition. Supplier should not add rows.

• start-up date: The date when the offered consultant can start, which the tenderer commits to in the competence matrix, will form the basis for comparing the tenders.
