Eignungskriterien

• • •Tenderers are registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU
  • •suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

• Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, degree of liquidity and equity. The payment experience must be satisfactory. Documentation requirement: A solidity assessment from a certified credit rating company based on the last known accounting figures. The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

• Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate for tax arrears and VAT arrears. The tax certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline in the competition.

• Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience with the execution of relevant deliveries. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall document up to 3 relevant reference assignments that the tenderer either carries out or have carried out in the last 7 years. The reference assignments shall include information on: The contracting authority, the contract ́s value, Time period for the delivery, Brief description of which products and services were provided Reference and gender neutral preferred.

• Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient competence to be able to carry out the contract in a very good way. The following competence areas shall be covered: Project management, technical competence including software and hardware, educational competence, visual competence and game development competence. Documentation requirement: Information on education and professional qualifications at the tenderer (with numbers) and the company ́s administrative management in a competence matrix or equivalent. CVs are not requested here.

• Requirement: Tenderers shall have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract ́s environmental provisions The tenderer shall have methods for working actively and systematically to reduce negative environmental impact in the execution of the contract. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's environmental management measures. If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies that document the environmental management system, they can be presented as documentation.
