Zuschlagskriterien

• The offered price: Tenderers must state the price of the assignment by filling in unit prices in the annex "Template for Tender Attachment - Prices". All prices shall be stated excluding VAT in NOK. The sum will make up the total price for the assignment. The total price will be the upper financial limit for the assignment.

• Competence/experience: CVs for the key persons offered in the assignment. This also applies for any sub-suppliers. The attached CV template shall be used for submitting tenders.

• System proposal/assignment comprehension: Tenderers shall respond to the assignment in accordance with The contracting authority ́s description in annex 1 to the contract and describe its solution with milestones for implementation.

• Environment: A textual description of how environmental considerations are taken care of beyond the minimum requirements for emission free/public transport of persons on roads.
