• Price of the offered system

  • •The award criterium description (Norwegian) Price will be evaluated based on the stated prices in Annex 3A - Price Form.
  • •All prices shall be stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) excluding VAT.
  • •DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers shall fill in the price form (Annex 3A).

• Quality of the offered system

  • •REQUIREMENT: Tenderers shall describe the following:
  • •1. The tenderer ́s plan for carrying out the necessary control measurements to ensure precision and adaptation to existing and new areas.
  • •2. Routines for quality assurance of ordering basis and production. Description of the material quality, internal control and handling of errors and changes.
  • •3. Plan for structured and proactive interaction with the designer, DA, contractor, Statsbygg and other disciplines with interface. (Includes a description of communication routines and follow-up throughout the project.)
  • •4. Plan for delivery and logistics, including management of transport, without the possibility for storing and securing fixtures at the construction site, with a focus on efficiency and minimal disruption to other work.
  • •5. The tenderer ́s plan for assembly of fixtures, including schedule, resource use and quality assurance of ready assembled fixtures with hand over.

  • •The response shall follow the Contracting Authority's division and order, and be limited to 5 A4 pages (including illustrations and tables) with the typeface Open Sans, size 10, line spacing 1.15 and normal margins. If the page restriction is exceeded, only the first five pages will be evaluated.
