Eignungskriterien

• The supplier must be registered in a trade register or commercial register in the country where the supplier is established. Minimum qualification requirement

  The supplier must be registered in a trade register or commercial register and shall provide a certificate of registration (company registration certificate).

• With regard to any other economic and financial requirements specified in the contract notice or the procurement documents, the supplier declares the following minimum qualification requirement

  The supplier shall provide a tax certificate confirming that the company has no outstanding VAT or tax liabilities. The certificate must not be older than six (6) months. Any outstanding liabilities must be explained.

• Can the supplier provide certificates issued by independent bodies demonstrating compliance with the required environmental management systems or standards? Minimum qualification requirement

  • •The supplier shall have an environmental management system that meets, as a minimum, the requirements of ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-Lighthouse).
  • •If the supplier does not have such a system in place at the time of contract award, the supplier undertakes to establish or obtain certification for an environmental management system within twelve (12) months of contract award.
  • •Upon request, the supplier shall be able to document the status of the work related to establishing the environmental management system.
  • •Failure to comply with this requirement within the specified deadline shall be considered a material breach of contract.
