Eignungskriterien

• Procurement of goods: The tenderer presents supplies that shall be delivered, requested samples, descriptions or photographs, which do not need to be accompanied by certificates that they are genuine.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Price: Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit it as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. See also other parts of the requirement specifications for information on the price form. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. Please note that abnormally low prices can result in the contracting authority having an obligation or a right to reject the tender, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 24-8. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition, including the procurement commission, except that stated in the requirement specifications point "Travelling and Staying". Costs that the tenderer knows will apply, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated prices. Hourly rates in the price form can be regulated in accordance with the contract document ́s section "Price Adjustments". When assessing the price, a hybrid model with break point 1 will be used. Attached to the tender documentation is a template for the evaluation model. The tenderer ́s total points for this award criteria is weighted with the award criteria ́s weighting percentage.

• Assignment comprehension/solution description

  • •Tenderers are asked to enclose their understanding of the assignment and a solution description, including how the tenderer, both in the general contract period and in each assignment, shall ensure
  • •-that the customer will have high priority and good capacity/availability of resources/competence, flexibility and scalability as needed, coordination and cooperation - internally with the customer and any other involved parties, good follow-up and communication with the customer/needs owner and contract manager, quality and efficiency in the services provided, including planning and follow-up of progress and quality, - that all involved resources at the tenderer have good knowledge of the customer and this agreement, -that deviation reporting and handling occurs continuously, efficiently and in a good way, development and any improvement, including e.g. routines for collecting feedback from the customer. The response shall be maximum 3 A4 pages. The response shall not include a cover page or table of contents. Any pages after page 3 will not be evaluated. Any links etc. in the reply will not be evaluated. Abnormal fonts or sizes shall not be used that give poor readability - this can lead to draws in points. Evaluation: This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s description of the award criteria. A total procurement assessment of the described system will be carried out during the evaluation. Best solution will be awarded the highest score (10). Other solutions will be awarded a point score relative to the best solution. The tenderer ́s total points for this award criteria is weighted with the award criteria ́s weighting percentage.
