• • •The tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU

• Can tenderers submit certificates issued by independent bodies that document that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards, including universal design requirements? Minimum qualification requirements A good and well-functioning quality management system is required that fulfils the quality management standard ISO 9001

  • •2015 or equivalent.
  • •Tenderers shall present a certificate for the company's quality management system.
  • •issued by independent bodies confirming that the tenderer fulfils
  • •certain quality management systems, for example ISO 9001:2015.
  • •Quality management standards shall be based on the relevant European
  • •standard series that are certified by accredited bodies.
  • •Equivalent certificates issued by bodies in other EEA states will also be accepted.
  • •Alternatively, tenderers can document that they have an equivalent
  • •quality management system. We request information regarding the name and
  • •that a detailed table of contents is delivered that documents that
  • •the system is equivalent to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.

Minimum qualification requirements A good and well-functioning environmental management system is required, which fulfils the environmental management standard ISO 14001

  • •Tenderers shall present a certificate for the company's environmental management system.
  • •issued by independent bodies confirming that the tenderer fulfils
  • •certain environmental management standards, for example ISO 14001: 2015. See the

  • •recognised environmental management systems in regulation (EF) no. 1221/2009 article
  • •45 or other environmental management standards based on relevant European
