• Price and Costs

  • •The price of the item is weighted by 70%.
  • •The item ́s total price shall be stated, excluding VAT. All costs connected to the delivery (fees, delivery, travel costs, packaging, remuneration and all other cost elements) shall be included in the calculation.

• Quality

  • •The quality criterium has the following two sub-criteria that make up 15% of each of the total evaluation (50% of the award criteria Quality)
  • •- Sub-criteria 1: Speed (15%)
  • •- Sub-criteria 2: Design (15 %)
  • •Sub-criteria 1: Speed (15%)
  • •The award criteria will be answered in the field below, or possibly in a separate annex with a description. The weighting of the sub-criteria speed makes up 15% of the total evaluation.
  • •Under this award criteria, emphasis will be put on whether the tender fulfils the contracting authority ́s need for efficiency in the form of a speed of the machine. The tenders achieve a score for the criterion based on the following scheme/distribution:
  • •Speed
  • •0 -40 km/hour = 100 % score
  • •0 -30 km/hour = 75 % score
  • •0 - 20 km/hour = 50 % score
  • •Sub-criteria 2: Design (15 %)
  • •The tender achieves a score based on the measured distance "F, N" in accordance with the attached clip art/sketch.
  • •The award criteria will be answered by substantiate the distance F, N in a separate annex with goals submitted for drawing/sketch of the wheeled excavator.
  • •The tenders achieve a score for the criterion based on the following scheme/distribution:
  • •- 100% score for the tender with the shortest goals for the distance F, N.
  • •- 75% score for the tender with the second shortest distance.
  • •- 50% of the tender with the third shortest distance.
  • •The weighting of the sub-criteria design makes up 15% of the total evaluation.
  • •Documentation requirement: Annex that documents measured distance F, N in accordance with the clip art/sketch.
