  • •Tenderers shall submit a completed "SSA-L Annex 6 Annex 1 - Price Form" (a price form for each municipality). See Annex 6 for further information.

• Technical and functional system

  • •Criterium:
  • •› The tenderer ́s response to the customer ́s requirement specifications (ought-requirements for evaluation).
  • •› Demonstration of solution (user friendliness and work flow)
  • •Documentation and basis for assessment:
  • •› The tenderer ́s response in Annex 2 as a response to Annex 1 the Contracting Authority ́s requirement specification.
  • •After the tender deadline, the contracting authority will ask for a demonstration of the system and access to a clickable test system. The demo and testing are a part of the tender evaluation.
  • •› The tenderer ́s response to Annex 3 (Plan for the establishment phase).
  • •› The tenderer ́s response to annex 4 (Service level with standardised compensations).
