Zuschlagskriterien

• Tender Price The economic operator shall submit a bid price for natural gas, excluding VAT, per 1 kWh. The bid price subject to evaluation shall be the price of natural gas, consisting of

  • •the purchase price based on the reference gas exchange (as applicable on the date of the amendment of the tender documentation),
  • •the tariff for natural gas transmission,
  • •the tariff for the organisation and operation of the natural gas market, and
  • •the natural gas supply fee (supplier's margin),
  • •all applicable on the date of the amendment of the tender documentation.
  • •As the reference gas exchange, the bidder may use the Dutch TTF (Title Transfer Facility) or another equivalent internationally recognised gas exchange (such as CEGH, EEX/PEGAS, Balkan Gas Hub, or others).
  • •The monthly natural gas price shall be determined as the arithmetic average of the daily index values of the selected gas exchange for the relevant delivery month, increased by the offered supply fee (supplier's margin) and the applicable transmission and market management tariffs.
  • •The bid price shall be expressed with two decimal places.
  • •The public procurement contract shall be concluded up to the estimated value, excluding VAT.
  • •If two or more tenders contain the same bid price, the most economically advantageous tender shall be the one submitted first through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS), based on the date, hour, and minute of submission.
  • •The payment period for invoices shall be 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
  • •The invoice shall be submitted no later than the tenth (10th) day of each month.
