• Price of the bid The procurement holder should provide a price for compensation for the supply of natural gas excluding VAT for 1 KWh in the bid. The price of the bid that will be subject to evaluation is the compensation for the supply of natural gas, which the economic operator will offer in the financial bid. The price for 1 KWh delivered in the implementation of the contract should include all costs of the economic operator for the delivery of natural gas, including

  • •- Purchase price depending on the reference stock exchange
  • •- Tariff for performing the activity of natural gas transmission - regulated by a decision adopted by the ERC of the Republic of Macedonia
  • •- Tariff for performing the activity of organizing and managing the natural gas market - regulated by a decision adopted by the ERC of the Republic of Macedonia
  • •- Compensation for the supply of natural gas.
  • •The price of the bid should be expressed in two decimal places.
  • •The public procurement contract will be concluded at an amount of estimated value excluding VAT.
  • •- If two or more bids have the same offered price, the bid that was submitted to the EPPS first will be selected as the most favorable bid, according to day, hour and minute.
  • •Invoice payment deadline, 30 days from the date of invoice submission.
  • •Invoice submission no later than the tenth day of each month.
