Zuschlagskriterien

• Administrative Evaluation: Proposal must be full, with all requested documents, orderly presented, in the requested format, correctly named, signed and stamped, and sent per email in compressed format. Only compliant proposal will be considered for the technical evaluation by the procurement selection committee.

• Technical Evaluation: Bidders must provide descriptions and documentation of proposed items, demonstrating their matching with minimum technical requirements. Bidders also must provide their experiences as an organization which include but not limited to years of experience, financial stability, expertise, and edge to other competitors. Proposals must comply with the minimum requirements listed in the annex 03 - Technical design and specifications. A technical catalogue containing designs and specifications of the proposed item must be provided, allowing the procurement selection committee to verify that the functionalities of the items are meeting CARE"s requirements. The delivery lead time, the warranty period, and its conditions, as well as the experience of the company submitting a proposal will be taken into consideration.

• Financial Evaluation: Bidders will be evaluated on the cost of their solution(s) based on the work to be performed in accordance with the scope of this project. Payment terms and conditions will also be considered. CARE will review proposed budgets and pricing after the initial review of the criteria above.
