Eignungskriterien

• Requirement

  • •Tenderers shall be able to provide inspections for the payment of tax, employer contribution and VAT.
  • •Documentation requirement: Tax certificate (not older than six months).

• Requirement

  • •Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
  • •Documentation requirement: Company Registration Certificate (not older than six months).

• Requirement

  • •Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial strength to fulfil the contract. [

  • •See Annex A for further information on what the contracting authority will look at when assessing this qualification requirement.
  • •Annual accounts
  • •The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board ́s and auditor's report for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.
  • •If there are reasons that a company's annual accounts cannot be enclosed, the tenderer must document the financial position in an own way.
  • •Liquidity plan
  • •Tenderers shall submit a short description/plan for the choir supplier shall establish or possibly require liquidity in the company in the next few years. E.g. What does the company do to ensure liquidity? What is the equivalent degree of liquidity in the company?
  • •Credit rating
  • •The contracting authority has the right to self-carry out a credit assessment with the help of an independent credit rating company. The financial strength of the host assessed in relation to turnover, profit ratio, equity sector and liquidity.

• Requirement

  • •Tenderers must have good competence and experience from the hire of fast passenger boats, including experience with the administration of a minimum of 1 passenger vessel with maximum potential for speed of 20 knots or higher there.
  • •- at least one of the vessels was ISM certified, and
  • •- the operation of the vessel in an official route offered by public contracting authorities with a permanent lift of minimum 2 years and the operation involved a minimum of 2 daily departures 5 days in the road.
  • •Documentation requirement:
  • •Tenderers shall document their experience by filling in Annex D for the reference assignment/tenderers that have carried out the last three years.
  • •The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references and to emphasise the assessment as a host given by the gender neutral preferred in connection with the evaluation of the tenderer ́s qualifications.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Total Cost: "Total Evaluation Price" in the Price Form, based on this evaluation.

• Climate and environmental inspections

  • •The tenderer ́s climate and environmental measures in connection with the implementation of the Assignment.
  • •Particular emphasis will be put on concrete and binding measures in the evaluation that reduce the CO2 back-up from operations, to specifically maximum consumption per distance (litres/km).
  • •See the contract chapters 5 and 7 for inspections of the tenderer ́s maximum energy consumption figures and draw-out factors for recess from consumption to the outlet.
