Eignungskriterien

• • •The tenderer shall be a legally registered company.

• • •Tenderers shall have solid finances which means that the tenderer has the capacity to handle a framework agreement of this size.

• • •Tenderers (as a company) shall have sufficient experience and competence with the execution of work included in this framework agreement, including service, maintenance, replacements and new procurements of electrical installations.

• Tenderers shall be registered in the Electrical Company Register for the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) for the following types of sites and equipment and work assignments

  • •Types of sites and equipment:
  • •Building - low voltage installations
  • •Industry - low voltage installations
  • •Supply Plant - Low Voltage
  • •Machines - electrical installations
  • •Work assignments:
  • •Engineering design of electrical installations
  • •Construction and maintenance of other people ́s electrical installations.
  • •Inspection of other people's electrical systems

• • •Tenderers shall be authorised for the installation and maintenance of ecom networks in the category ENA by the National Communications Authority, in accordance with the authorisation regulations.
