• Suitability for offered tractors

  • •It is important for the contracting authority that the tenderer offers a tractor that is well suited for the municipality ́s use.
  • •The tractor is a workplace and it is important that it is user friendly and comfortable. Turning radius, clearness in the cabin, both for staff inside the cabin and in relation to clearly when driving, is important for the contracting authority. The requirement specifications will be assessed, where the overfilling will count positively.
  • •The contracting authority reserves the right to test drive the offered tractor in order to assess its suitability. The tractor shall be available for testing for 3-5 days (does not need to have specified extra equipment) including review/guidance at the start-up and gender neutral preferred in the test period.

• Climate and environment

  • •Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 Climate and environmental considerations in public procurements, the requirements and criteria shall aim at reducing the procurement ́s total climate footprint or environmental impact.
  • •In this procurement, it is the contracting authority ́s assessment that the goal is achieved best by setting requirements for the tenderer ́s qualifications and minimum requirements for the delivery ́s performance. Tenderers must have an environmental management system. The requirement for the tractor ́s environmental properties gives itself, as all newer tractors shall fulfil the last emission standard for this type of machinery. In this case it is step 5 motor that applies. Therefore we do not envisage that there is a basis for achieving better environmental qualities by evaluating the environment.
