Supervision for the Sava River training works (Section from km 178+200 to km 183+200) and dredging of the sediment (Section from km 170+000 to km 188+000) for improvement of the Inland Waterway.

The main objective of the assignment is supervision of the Sava River training works (Section from km 178+200 to km 138+200) and dredging of the sediment (Section from km 170+000 to km 188+000) for improvement of the Inland Waterway. The consultant will carry out the duties of the Engineer in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer – Red Book, 2nd Edition 2017, prepared and copyrighted by FIDIC. This is to ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of the works by the Works Contractor, in accordance with the works contract. The Consultant shall also perform the duties related to Site supervision (“Stručni nadzor”) mandatory under the relevant Serbian Law on Planning and Construction ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 72/2009, 81/2009 - ispr.,64/2010 - odluka US, 24/2011, 121/2012, 42/2013 - odluka US, 50/2013 - odluka US, 98/2013 - odluka US,132/2014, 145/2014, 83/2018, 31/2019, 37/2019 - dr. zakon, 9/2020, 52/2021 and 62/2023) articles 153 and 153a).
