Eignungskriterien

• the tenderer has delivered supplies under at least one contract in the past three years preceding the submission deadline (the tenderer's proportion shall be greater than 30,000 EUR under the contract) in the area of supply of furniture

• the average annual turnover in the last three years for which the accounts have been closed (years 2022, 2023 and 2024 or 2023, 2024 and 2025) must be equal or exceed 150,000.00 EUR

• the tenderer has at least 3 staff currently working for the tenderer in fields related to this contract.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Additional deliveries. Provided they are intended either as a partial replacement of supplies or installations or as the extension of existing supplies or installations, where a change of supplier would oblige the contracting authority to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance may be purchased up to 50% of the initial contract value to the initial contractor by negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
