Every year the law courts in Norway require interpretation services, both physical and digital. The courts in Norway c/o DA shall therefore enter into a contract for the operation and maintenance of an interpreter ordering system. The system shall facilitate the ordering of the best qualified and available interpreter at a reasonable distance from the address place.
A contract shall be signed with one tenderer for the assignment.
The following contract will form the basis of the procurement: The Government ́s standard contract - ongoing service procurements over the internet (SSA-L).

- •The tenderer shall have the financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. This shall be documented by the tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board ́s and auditor ́s reports from 2024 and 2025.
- •If the last year's accounts have not been completed by the application deadline, provisional accounting figures for 2025 must be enclosed. If there are reasons that mean that this cannot be enclosed, the tenderer shall document financial strength in another suitable manner.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
- •Tenderers shall have good experience from relevant and comparable deliveries.
- •Relevant and comparable deliveries means the establishment, operation and maintenance of a cloud based system for ordering professionals.
Tenderers shall have a documented quality management system.
- •Tenderers must have the ability to fulfil the contract.
- •The qualification requirement shall be documented by a description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract, as well as the company ́s capacity. If a tenderer uses sub-suppliers, an overview shall be provided of the distribution of personnel between the main supplier and the sub-supplier.
