• TK1 - Price

  • •Points are awarded under this award criteria, based on a comparison of the tenders ́ evaluation sums. The contracting authority will calculate an evaluation sum based on the prices that tenderers give in the annex Price to Annex 5. These evaluation sums form the basis for the point calculation.
  • •The method for calculating the evaluation sum is determined before the tender deadline, but is first known to tenderers after the competition has concluded. The aim is to counteract strategic pricing of tenders and to reduce any competitive advantages that the current supplier can have as a result of access to detailed data on customer consumption.

• TK 2 - Quality

  • •Points will be given under this award criteria after comparing the tenders ́ responses to all the ought requirements BK in the requirement table (annex to annex 1).
  • •The contracting authority will assess the tenderers ́ offered systems overall. Only differences between the tenders that are significant for the contracting authority will be emphasised in the evaluation.
