Eignungskriterien

• Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation

  • •• Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
  • •Foreign companies: Documentation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
  • •The certificate must not be older than 12 months calculated from the tender deadline.

• Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity, minimum A or equivalent. Documentation

  Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The credit rating must not be more than three months old. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

• Tenderers are required to have a quality assurance system. Documentation

  • •Documentation of a quality assurance system.
  • •An account of the tenderer ́s existing routines and documentation that the requirement for the quality assurance system/management system applicable for the assignment is covered. If this is described in the tenderer ́s quality assurance system iht. ISO 9001 or equivalent, documentation of this can be enclosed.

• Tenderers are required to have an environmental management system. Documentation

  • •Documentation of an environmental management system.
  • •An account of the tenderer ́s existing routines and documentation that the requirement for the environmental management system applicable for the assignment is met. If this is described in the tenderer ́s environmental management system iht. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, documentation of this can be enclosed. If a tenderer does not have an environmental management system, the tenderer must be willing to implement it within six months of the contract being signed. This shall be documented in writing.

• Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation

  Complete annex 5. Description of relevant, equivalent deliveries in the last 3 years. Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email). The contracting authority must be given the authority to contact the person in question. The references will only be contacted if required.

• Environment

  • •Tenderers shall strive for the highest possible degree of recyclable plastic in production where possible. Tenderers are requested to state the portion (%) of recyclable plastic in containers.
  • •Transport - Environment - Fuel matrix.
  • •o% of the transport/delivery work that will be carried out with vehicles that do not use fossile fuel.
  • •E.g. electric, biogas or hydrogen.
  • •o Tenderers will be assessed on a % share of work expected to be carried out by climate neutral vehicles.
  • •The transport - Environment and - fuel matrix point will only be emphasised as 20% of the environmental criteria ́s total share.
  • •The contracting authority would like plastic containers with wheels, containers for hazardous waste and compost bins to be able to be recycled after use. Tenderers are requested to describe options for recycling waste containers.
  • •This requirement does not apply to burned risk waste containers.
  • •Upon request:

  • •Minor deviations will be accepted in the requested documentation, which, in accordance with the contracting authority ́s judgement, appear reasonable between the self-declaration and what can be documented.
