The contracting authority, Nav hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag, needs assistive aids to municipal reception places, as well as to have used aids returned to the contracting authority in accordance with the tender documentation with annexes. The procurement ́s largest part is scheduled runs in accordance with fixed routes, see the annex to the tender documentation. There are a few extra transports/rush drives in accordance with orders from the central office. The main rule is that each municipality shall have transportation and collection of goods once a week. The route overview that is in use at the time of publication is a part of the tender documentation. In addition there are stops as needed at our location in Levanger, when the fixed routes are driven past Levanger (either on the way out with goods or on their way back to Sandmoen with return goods). Experience of this occurs approx. 1 - 2 times per week. There can also be an exception for a stop at a collaborating partner who is located near a reception place. The transport between the contracting authority ́s locations in Trondheim and Levanger can also be used to send other goods such as aids that are reused across the locations. cost for this transport shall be included in a fixed price.NB! Trondheim and Malvik municipalities are not included in the competition. The contracting authority must ensure that transport is 100% non-slip by the end of the contract period.
