Zuschlagskriterien

• Competence and experience: Competence is to be documented by a completed tender attachment C (offered personnel) and B (CV). CVs shall be completed for all key personnel.

• The offered price (total price): Price excluding VAT in NOK. The total price will be the upper financial limit for the assignment. The price is to be documented by a completed tender attachment D (price form).

• Solution proposal: The tenderer ́s description of how they will solve the assignment in accordance with. the contracting authority ́s description in annex 1 to the contract (scope of work).

• Security of delivery: Tenderers will be evaluated for implementation ability in the event of unforeseen events, realistic schedule with milestones in accordance with. Annex 3 in the contract and the tenderer's organisation chart.
