Eignungskriterien

• A statement of the total turnover and, where applicable, the turnover of the business activity that is the subject of the contract, insofar as the relevant turnover figures are available; Minimumeisen

  • •Submit a turnover statement for the last three available financial years with an annual turnover of at least 1 MEuro (depending on the date of incorporation or the date on which the entrepreneur commenced business activities).
  • •To be added via a clearly numbered attachment to the offer

• A list of the main projects of similar scope and involving similar equipment, carried out over the past three years, stating the name of the institution, the amount, date, contact person, and a brief description of the contract. Deliveries shall be evidenced by statements/certificates issued or countersigned by the competent authority or, in case of deliveries to a private customer, by certificates from the customer or, failing that, simply by a statement from the supplier.   • •Submit a reference list with at least 5 references from the past 3 years, where a similar device (i.e. including 2D detectors) was delivered in the EU region, including explicit mention of the contact person (name + telephone number) for this reference.
  • •In case that this is a new device, references for the previous version of the device in question will also be taken into consideration.
  • •If necessary to ensure an adequate level of competition, the contracting authority has the right to take into account evidence of relevant supplies or services provided more than three years ago.

• A description of the entrepreneur's technical equipment, the measures he takes to guarantee quality, and his company's capabilities in terms of research and development. Minimumeisen: Submit the requested list/description.

• A statement regarding the average annual staffing levels of the service provider's or contractor's company and the number of technical staff over the last three years. Minimumeisen: Submit the requested list/description.
