The procurement is for the collection of household waste in Klepp and Sola municipalities.

Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for medicine and multi-dose to the Contracting Authority's units and cooperation partners, total approx. 90 collaboration partners (cf. Annex 7 - Affiliated parties). The contract is for the delivery of: Prescription and non-prescription medicinesApote specific commodities Packing multi-dose and endoseOption on special orders (e.g. pain pumps, IV antibiotics) Option for pharmaceutical services such as consultancy, revision/inspection, medicine review or medicine handling courses etc. Option on a stand-by warehouse This includes: Delivery to storage Deliveries to patients at nursing homes, other health institutions, prison health services, emergency doctor surgeries, children ́s homes etc. Delivery to patients living at home where the Contracting Authority administers the medicines, e.g. via the home care service, shared housing etc. See the attached tender documentation and annexes for details. The contracting authority needs to enter into an ongoing service contract for a complete municipal fee system with the following: - System for managing municipal fees/duties. - System for the management of private sewage installations. - System for administration of sanitation. - System for managing water meters. The aim of the procurement is to contribute to making the management of municipal fees/fees and the accompanying technical management (and authority management) as efficient as possible. The competition will be carried out as a collaboration and three (3) contractual relationships will be established, one for each contracting authority.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for buried waste containers and bottom emptying surface containers, with the accompanying access control system. The competition will be carried out as a cooperation and eight (8) contractual relationships will be established, one for each municipality and one for IVAR Ryfylke. The following will be included in the agreement: - 5 m3 bottom emptyed containers for residue waste. - 5 m3 bottom emptyed containers for cardboard/paper waste. - 5 m3 bottom emptying waste containers for wet organic waste (bio-waste) - 5 m3 bottom emptying buried containers for glass and metal packaging. - 5 m3 bottom emptying buried containers for plastic packaging - 5 m3 bottom emptying waste containers for environment stations/holiday home sanitation (mixed waste, plastic packaging and glass and metal packaging) - 3-3.5 m3 bottom emptying surface containers for residue waste. - 3-3.5 m3 bottom emptying surface container for cardboard/paper waste. - 3-3.5 m3 bottom emptying surface containers for wet organic waste (bio-waste). - 3-3.5 m3 bottom emptying surface containers for textiles - 3-3.5 m3 bottom emptying surface containers for glass and metal packaging. - 3-3.5 m3 bottom emptying surface containers for plastic packaging. - Access control system for buried containers and surface containers.

Klepp, Time, Gjesdal, Hå, Sola and Bjerkreim municipalities (hereafter called the "contracting authority") shall enter into a competition for a new framework agreement for final user equipment and services. In order to ensure that we get a good, sustainable and future orientated contract, we see a need for a dialogue with the market ahead of the competition. We invite suppliers in the market to give input for both the competition and the contract. We hope that you have the time and the opportunity to assist us by responding to this market survey. It will be of great value to us. The responses to this survey will be treated confidentially.  We would like both their general input and feedback for our tender documentation draft, as well as answers to specific questions in the document called "Invitation to market dialogue". Klepp municipality will be sent the input via the communication module in Mercell by 24.02.2026.
