• Progress and manpower plan: Tenderers shall present a progress and manpower plan for the assignment. See the column to the right for further details on the requirements and expectations for content in the plan.

• Exercise comprehension: Tenderers shall prepare an account of the assignment comprehension which contains a description of how the assignment is planned to be carried out. See the column to the right for further details on the wanted content in the tenderer ́s statement.
