• Competence and experience

  • •Requirement: The offered resource's competence and relevant experience, beyond the minimum requirements defined in the requirement specifications annex 5, point 3.1.
  • •The evaluation will emphasise:
  • •• The resource ́s total competence and experience.
  • •• Number of years of practical experience as a KU in projects of a relevant extent, nature and complexity.
  • •• Experience with risk management in projects.
  • •Documentation:
  • •1. CVs for the offered resource with information on education, courses, work experience and professional competence.
  • •2. Description of up to 3 reference assignments with a transferable value in the last 5 years.
  • •The template for CVs and reference assignments annex 6 shall be used as documentation for the requirement.
  • •If the contracting authority finds it necessary, an interview will be held of the offered resources (telephone or meeting). Any interview will be on the resource ́s competence and experience, including education, work experience and previously executed assignments. The contracting authority will also be able to contact the stated references.
