Eignungskriterien

• Organisational and legal position

  • •Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

• Economic and financial capacity

  • •Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
  • •The size of the turnover, one in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
  • •Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.

• Technical and professional qualifications

  • •Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •An overview shall be provided of personnel, with a description of competence and experience, that the tenderer can use and that is relevant for the execution of the contract work.
  • •If the tenderer does not have the manpower, tenderers must join up with sub-suppliers who must submit commitment statements and ESPD forms/Statsbygg ́s self-declaration form regarding qualification requirements and rejection reasons.

• Technical and professional qualifications

  • •Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract, including service and maintenance for doors.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Tenderers shall provide a description of up to 3 reference assignments with comparative value in the last 3 years with information on, among other things:
  • •·         The assignment/contract name
  • •·         Description of the assignment/contract
  • •·         Type of building
  • •·         The assignment/contract value
  • •·         Start-up date and completion date.
  • •It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
