  • •The contracting authority would like a varied and educationally good school camp offer for pupils in the middle stage (6th and/or 7th years).
  • •Emphasis will be put on:
  • •the learning and activity offer ́s content, variation and connection with LK20
  • •activities outside teaching hours
  • •manpower and availability during your stay.
  • •how pupils with different needs are taken care of through facilitation and/or equivalent alternative activities.
  • •possibility of regular school camp weeks from year to year and flexibility as needed for changes
  • •Tenderers shall fill in the annexes "Activity Plan" and "Activity offer outside of teaching time" and describe any other conditions that are relevant for the assessment of quality.
  • •Page restriction: The response shall not exceed 10 A4 pages. Front page, table of contents, activity plan, activities outside teaching time and CVs are not included in the page limitation.

• Climate environment

  • •The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who works systematically to reduce the environmental impact from his activities.
  • •Emphasis will be put on:
  • •the tenderer's environmental management system and environmental work.
  • •concrete measures to reduce the entity's environmental and climate impact.
  • •measures for waste reduction, re-use and source sorting.
  • •measures to reduce energy consumption and resource use
  • •measures to reduce food waste and promote sustainable procurements.
  • •documented environmental goals and follow-up of these
  • •Tenderers shall describe their environmental work and give an account of what measures have been implemented or planned in the contract period. Any environmental certifications, environmental reports and other documentation can be enclosed.
  • •Tenders that, in total, are assessed to have the most systematic and relevant environmental work, as well as the best documented environmental measures, the highest score will be given.
  • •Page limitations The response shall not exceed 5 A4 pages.
  • •The front page, table of contents, environment certificates, environmental reports and other documentation are not included in the page limitation.
