The project ́s core is to develop students' understanding of vocational and study preparation courses through concrete insights into the diversity of actual career paths in the region. YVIA AS has particular competence within the apprentice scheme, the education system and the transition between school and working life. The company has relationships with training offices, apprentice companies, consultants and school management in the region. The decisive factor in choosing the tenderer is, therefore, not general project manager competence, but: • in-depth knowledge of choice of education, the apprentice system and sixth form education. • established network for the consultancy service in primary and secondary schools, apprentice companies and training offices. • experience with converting education policy aims to practical meeting places Development work in different parts of the link from primary and secondary school to sixth form education.
