Zuschlagskriterien

• Quality, operational model and future reliability.: Assessed on the basis of the tenderer ́s response in Annex 1.1, Annex 2, Annex 4 and Annex 6. An understanding of the assignment and the entirety of the delivery, operation model, interaction, documentation, establishment, transition, implementation ability, service quality, maturity in support and operation processes, future robustness, standardisation, life cycle management, automation, cost management, resource optimisation and managed use of KI will be assessed.

• Security, privacy and compliance: Assessed on the basis of the tenderer's response in Annex 1.1, Annex 2, Annex 5, Annex 6, Annex 10 and Annex 11. Identity and access management, logging, monitoring, event management, vulnerability management, backup, recovery, stand-by, data processing, sub-provider management, privacy, audit support, documentation and compliance mechanisms are being assessed.

• Price: Assessed on the basis of the total evaluation price in the completed Annex 7/price form. The total evaluation price is calculated as an establishment cost + compulsory monthly basis × 48 months + the evaluation sum of hourly rates + the evaluation sum options. The evaluation volumes for hourly rates and options are fixed to make the tenders comparable and do not involve any purchasing obligation for the Contracting Authority.
