Eignungskriterien

• NSM Quality Scheme for tenderers handling ICT events

  • •Tenderers must be a part of the NSM Quality Scheme for tenderers who handle ICT events.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Documentation must be enclosed that the tenderer is included in the scheme and that it is valid.

• Sub-suppliers and third-party suppliers.

  • •The contracting authority does not approve the use of sub-suppliers for the provision of the service.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •A list of third-party suppliers shall be enclosed. If changes occur during the contract period, the tenderer is obligated to keep the customer informed before the change occurs.

• Ownership structure

  • •Description of the board, general manager, owners and localisation.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Documentation of:
  • •Members and general manager of the Board, only from Norway countries Norway have a security agreement with or in the EU/EEA.
  • •Localisation of the tenderer - Must be located in Norway - assistance and turn-outs shall be ensured in accordance with the response contract after the award.
  • •An overview of owners at the tenderer must be presented so that the contracting authority is able to assess ownership relationships with its tenderers.

• Requirements for protection of classified information

  • •Tenderers must be able to handle and store classified information in a proper manner.
  • •throughout the contract period and after the contract expires.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Documentation must be given that the tenderer has the ability to handle classified information at a grading level CONFIDENTIAL.

• Legally established company

  • •The tenderer must be a legally established company.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •company registration certificate.

• Experience from equivalent assignments

  • •Tenderers must enclose information on at least 3 relevant projects carried out by the tenderer in
  • •during the last three years.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •A description must be given of clients, projects, contract value, time and length.
  • •At least one reference is wanted from public administration and that reference customers can be contacted.
