This qualification system shall cover the provision of marine geophysical, geotechnical and UXO surveys as well as IRM in the German North Sea and Wadden Sea (German EEZ and German territorial waters): • Lot 1 – Marine Geophysical Surveys Offshore • Lot 2 – Marine Geophysical Surveys Nearshore • Lot 3 – Marine Geotechnical Surveys Offshore • Lot 4 – Marine Geotechnical Surveys Nearshore • Lot 5 – General Engineering Survey – integrated geophysical and geotechnical survey and cable tracking Offshore • Lot 6 – General Engineering Survey – integrated geophysical and geotechnical survey and cable tracking Nearshore • Lot 7 – IRM Structural Inspections • Lot 8 – UXO Survey and ID&C Offshore • Lot 9 – UXO Survey an ID&C Nearshore • Lot 10 – UXO Survey Offshore • Lot 11 – UXO Survey Nearshore • Lot 12 – UXO ID&C Offshore • Lot 13 – UXO ID&C Nearshore Applicants have to answer the questionnaire in Mercell https://s2c.mercell.com/today/77318. The questionnaires give you an overview of the information and documents we need for the first part of the application process. Questions 1. “General Questions” and 2. “Health, Safety & Environment” are mandatory for all applicants. It is not necessary to apply for all lots. With regard to the individual lots, you only need to answer the questionnaires from 3. to 15. that apply to you. Even if you leave questions from 3.-15. unanswered, you can continue through the application process and submit your application. *** TenneT reserves the right to extend this scope of work to cover its in operation assets in Dutch, British, Norwegian and Danish waters in the future for cables which fall in the major responsibility of TenneT. For each requirement of survey services of offshore or nearshore power cables or offshore platform the client will issue an invitation to tender/request for quotation (ITT) based on the general survey conditions which are published with this Qualification System. The technical requirements can vary in its nature, depending on the region, permit requirements, soil conditions, etc. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is to be concluded to protect the confidentiality of the client's information. Please download the attached NDA and send the completed, stamped and signed document to the following email address: Jana.Gerlach@tennet.eu Once the NDA has been received and considered complete, you shall be added as participant to the prequalification system and granted access to all questions and documents accordingly. As a participant you have to pass the prequalification requirements to qualify as a bidder for upcoming ITTs. Please note that there is no schedule and no deadline for the participation in this qualification system. In the event of a requirement for survey services we are going to issue individual invitations to tender (ITT) to prequalified companies only. Please carefully read the Scope of Services and Procedural Guide once you have been added as a participant to the qualification system. The questionnaires will guide you through our requirements with regards to information and documents to complete the first part of the application process. *** The application for participation must be submitted electronically (in a standardized data format, such as PDF and MS Office format) via the Mercell e-Tendering Platform, including all required information and supporting documents. *** All attachments have to be submitted exclusively via Mercell Source-to-Contract (T77318) only. Please use the templates made available. *** Authorized to call for this qualification system are also companies affiliated with the client within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG. *** TenneT will only place orders with respect to these general terms and conditions as soon and as long TenneT is in the full responsibility to purchase those demands. Eignungskriterien

  • Insurance requirements

    • Each applicant has to provide proof of existing or proof of readiness for business liability insurance with a coverage of at least EUR 2,500,000 per claim for property damage, personal injury and consequential loss (incl. duration of the insurance) or provide a statement to take such insurance in case of contract award.
    • Each applicant has to confirm that all vessels to be utilized in the course of the respective contract will be properly insured with Marine Hull insurance / Hull and Machinery insurance up to the full value of the vessel and will have a P&I-insurance, or equivalent, with a minimum cover of EUR 25,000,000.00.
    • Each applicant has to confirm existence of a workers' compensation and employer's liability
    • insurance to cover claims that are not covered by the insurance under P&I or similar, in accordance with legal requirements regarding your employees and other persons for which he could be held liable, if applicable, or confirm this is not required by legislation.
  • Optional - Borrowing qualifications ("Eignungsleihe"): In the event that the applicant makes use of the capacities of another economic operator (e.g. group company), proof must be provided that the other economic operator will be jointly and severally liable with the bidder in the event of a contract being awarded in accordance with the scope of the suitability loan. The third party must fulfill the minimum criteria stipulated in the invitation to tender. In addition, the third party must provide a selfdeclaration on grounds for exclusion in accordance with sections 123 and 124 GWB.

  • Safety Culture Ladder: Each applicant has to review and give feedback regarding Clients requirement for Safety Culture Ladder certification.

  • General Terms and Conditions Marine Surveys: Each applicant has to review and accept of Clients General Terms and Conditions for Marine Surveys.

  • General Provisions: Each applicant has to confirm the general provisions set out in the attached procedure guidelines. These include important provisions on, among other things, definitions, provisions on the information notice and the suspensive period(s).

  • German Law: Each applicant has to confirm acceptance of German law (law of the Federal Republic of Germany) as the contractually underlying law for where European law does not take precedence.
