  • •o The reference must include certification of relevant parts of the substation support structure (e.g.
  • •jacket), topside, electrical systems and demonstrate experience with the BSH regulatory framework applicable to offshore converter platforms in the German EEZ (=AWZ).
  • •o Partial certifications (e.g. development, design or implementation phase only) are acceptable, in
  • •case they were conducted by the bidding entity itself and covered key components of a 2GWconverter platform.
