Eignungskriterien

• Company Registration Certificate

  • •Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate
  • •Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

• Credit rating

  • •In order for a tenderer to be qualified, the tenderer must have a Company Score at Creditsafe, between 45 and 100.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Creditsafe.

• Annual Financial Statements

  • •Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •The tenderer ́s complete annual accounts for the last two fiscal years.

• Experience

  • •Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Description of the tenderer ́s up to 3 similar contracts in the last 3 years, annex 4 - Reference Form shall be completed.

• Quality assurance system

  • •Tenderers are required to have a quality assurance system/quality management system.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Documented by a statement regarding the company's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies (f.eks. ISO 9001) or equivalent documentation.
